The MPD 5th Precinct has kindly allowed us to use one of their training rooms for a VIP.  The Victim Impact Panel (VIP) Program is an awareness program for persons convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. The panels consist of a non-confrontational presentation consisting of victims and/or past offenders telling their own personal stories of how impaired drivers forever changed their lives.
