The Hennepin County One Day Program through Accurate is a wonderful opportunity to open hearts and minds. “Love is the Great Fact for us” in recovery, so to those who believe that “feelings are not facts”, I respectfully disagree. Love IS a feeling, the Great Feeling or “Fact” (for me).

Maybe Feelings are the ‘heart’ of the Mind and Thoughts are the Mind of the Heart. In other words, The Heart is the feeling part of the mind, and the Mind is the thinking part of the Heart.

But getting lost in detail isn’t my objective. I just hope people feeling built up rather than torn down.
