My health is coming back and I am able to get out there and speak more and more. The Hennepin County One Day Program through Accurate is a wonderful opportunity to open hearts and minds. “Love is the Great Fact for us” in recovery, so to those who believe that “feelings are not facts”, I respectfully disagree. Love IS a feeling, the Great Feeling or Fact, if you need that word. Maybe Feelings are the ‘heart’ of the Mind and Thoughts are the Mind of the Heart. In other words, The Heart is the feeling part of the mind, and the Mind is the thinking part of the Heart.
