The Victim Impact Panel (VIP) Program serves to raise awareness for persons convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.

Panels consist of an empowering, non-confrontational presentation composed of victims and sometimes former-offenders (in this case, me) telling their personal stories of how impaired-driving forever changed their lives.

The VIP presents a unique perspective to the audience that is often not incorporated in the courts and the OUI offender schools.
